Engagements are intentionally narrow. We would rather do one thing well and hand it back than accumulate a permanent seat at your table. That constraint shapes everything: we write things down, we prefer tools your team can hire for, and we build in a way that survives our departure.
Alongside client work, we design and publish our own applications. Running our own products through the same review processes, privacy obligations, and release pipelines we recommend to clients keeps the advice grounded in what it actually costs.
How we work
Small scope, proven early
We would rather deliver something narrow that works in three weeks than something broad that demos in three months. Early production contact is the only honest test of a plan.
Boring where it counts
Novelty belongs in your product, not your deployment pipeline. We reach for well-understood tools and spend the innovation budget where customers can see it.
Leave it maintainable
A consultant who makes themselves indispensable has failed. Every engagement ends with documentation, tests, and a team that can keep going without us.
Say the uncomfortable thing
If the deadline is not real, the architecture is wrong, or the project should be cancelled, you will hear it from us early — while it is still cheap to change course.
